นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างไร เมื่อคุณใช้บัญชีสมาชิกและสตูดิโอสมาชิก รวมถึงเมื่อเข้าชมหน้าเว็บสาธารณะของเรา

1. เราคือใคร

ไลฟ์สาระ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ (Livezala Enterprise) เป็นผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ livezala.com และเป็น “ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) สำหรับข้อมูลที่อธิบายในนโยบายนี้

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2.1 ข้อมูลจากการเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google (Google Sign-In)

เมื่อคุณเลือก “เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google” เราขอสิทธิ์เพียง 3 รายการ คือ openid, email และ profile และได้รับข้อมูลต่อไปนี้จาก Google เท่านั้น

เราไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึง Gmail, Google Drive, รายชื่อติดต่อ, ปฏิทิน, YouTube หรือข้อมูลอื่นในบัญชี Google ของคุณ และไม่สามารถโพสต์ แก้ไข หรือลบสิ่งใดในบัญชีของคุณ เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่าน Google และไม่เก็บ access token หรือ refresh token ของ Google หลังเข้าสู่ระบบเสร็จ

2.2 ข้อมูลที่คุณสร้างในสตูดิโอสมาชิก

เรื่อง/ละคร ซีน ช็อต บทพูด ตัวละคร และสถานที่ที่คุณพิมพ์ในสตูดิโอสมาชิก ข้อมูลเหล่านี้เป็นของคุณและเป็นส่วนตัว เห็นได้เฉพาะคุณเมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ

2.3 ข้อมูลที่คุณให้เมื่อแก้ไขโปรไฟล์หรือติดต่อเรา

เช่น ชื่อบริษัท เบอร์โทร หรือรายละเอียดงานที่คุณกรอกหรือส่งอีเมลมา (แบบฟอร์มติดต่องานบนหน้าแรกเปิดโปรแกรมอีเมลของคุณเพื่อส่งถึง contact@livezala.com)

2.4 ข้อมูลบัญชีสมาชิก

เมื่อสมัครสมาชิก เราจัดเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีของคุณไว้ในฐานข้อมูลสมาชิกของเรา ได้แก่ ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ (ลิงก์รูปจาก Google) รหัสบัญชี Google รหัสสมาชิก วันที่สมัครและวันที่เข้าใช้งานล่าสุด ช่องทางที่คุณเข้ามาสมัคร (เช่น ลิงก์แคมเปญ) แผนการใช้งานและตัวเลขการใช้โควตา และประวัติความยินยอม ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ใช้เพื่อดูแลบัญชี ให้บริการ และติดต่อคุณเกี่ยวกับบริการ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ได้รับอนุญาตอาจบันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อหรือคำขอบริการของคุณเพิ่มเติมเพื่อการบริการลูกค้า

2.5 ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค

4. การปฏิบัติตามนโยบายข้อมูลผู้ใช้ของ Google (Limited Use)

การใช้และการส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google API ไปยังแอปอื่นใดของ ไลฟ์สาระ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จะเป็นไปตาม Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนดเรื่อง Limited Use กล่าวคือ เราใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google เฉพาะเพื่อให้บริการหรือปรับปรุงฟีเจอร์ที่ผู้ใช้เห็นและใช้งานโดยตรงตามที่อธิบายไว้ในข้อ 3 ไม่ส่งต่อให้ผู้อื่น เว้นแต่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ (ข้อ 5) ตามกฎหมาย หรือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการควบรวมกิจการโดยแจ้งให้ทราบ ไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ให้มนุษย์อ่านข้อมูล เว้นแต่ได้รับความยินยอมจากคุณ จำเป็นเพื่อความปลอดภัย/ตามกฎหมาย หรือเป็นข้อมูลที่รวมและไม่ระบุตัวตนสำหรับการดำเนินงานภายใน

เราไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณให้บุคคลภายนอก ยกเว้น

ภายในองค์กร มีเพียงผู้ดูแลระบบที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้นที่เข้าถึงข้อมูลบัญชีได้ และเราไม่เปิดดูเนื้อหาในสตูดิโอของคุณ เว้นแต่คุณขอให้ช่วยแก้ปัญหา หรือจำเป็นตามกฎหมาย/ความปลอดภัย

บริการสมาชิกไม่ได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่ผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลของเด็ก ผู้เยาว์ตามกฎหมายควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนสมัคร หากทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยไม่เหมาะสม โปรดแจ้งเรา เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น

12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

Privacy Policy (English)

Livezala Enterprise (ไลฟ์สาระ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์) — livezala.com · Effective 18 October 2026. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use your member account and the Member Studio, and when you visit our public pages.

1. Who we are

Livezala Enterprise (ไลฟ์สาระ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์) operates livezala.com and is the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Contact: contact@livezala.com · +66 89 226 6575.

2. Google user data we access

“Sign in with Google” requests only the openid, email and profile scopes. We receive only: your Google account ID (“sub”), name, email address (and whether it is verified) and profile picture URL. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, YouTube or any other Google data, we cannot post or change anything in your Google account, and we do not store Google passwords, access tokens or refresh tokens after sign-in.

3. Member account and other data

When you sign up, we keep your member account in our member database: your name, email address and profile picture (the picture URL from Google), Google account ID, member code, sign-up and last sign-in dates, how you found us (for example a campaign link), your plan and quota usage, and your consent history. Authorised staff may add notes about your enquiries or service requests for customer service. We also store content you create in the Member Studio (stories, scenes, shots, dialogue, characters, locations) — private to you; details you add to your profile or send us by email; and security and consent logs (time, device/browser type, IP address, hashed where possible).

4. How we use data

We do not sell personal data, do not use Google user data for advertising or ad targeting, and do not use your Studio content to train AI models.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

Livezala Enterprise’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it unless you consent, it is necessary for security or legal reasons, or it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with our service provider Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database and storage), which processes it on our instructions, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or ourselves. We never sell it.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (which may process data outside Thailand) and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sessions use HttpOnly, Secure cookies with hashed session tokens; member sessions are fully separate from our staff system. Each member’s Studio workspace is isolated and ownership is checked on every read and write. Only authorized administrators can access account data.

8. Cookies and ads

Essential cookies, used only when you sign in: __Host-lzc (member session, up to 30 days), __Host-lzc_csrf (request-forgery protection) and __Host-lzo (Google sign-in step, 10 minutes). Our public pages show ads from Google AdSense; third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. The sign-in page and member area show no ads, and your Google account data is never passed to ad systems. Embedded YouTube and Spotify players may set their own cookies.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep account data and Studio content while your account is active. Sessions expire automatically (at most 30 days after last use) or when you sign out. You can delete your account from Privacy in your member settings or by emailing contact@livezala.com from your registered address; requests made in the member area disable sign-in immediately and permanently delete your account data and Studio content after 7 days (signing in again within those 7 days cancels the request); email requests are completed within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep by law. Consent records are kept in de-identified form. You can download a copy of your data (JSON) from Privacy in the member area at any time. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

10. Your rights (PDPA)

You may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

11. Children

Member features are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Minors should obtain parental consent before signing up. Contact us and we will delete such data.

12. Changes

We will post the effective date above and notify members in advance of material changes to how Google user data is used, asking for consent again where required.
